How we are governed
We are governed by a Board of Trustees and Executive Management Team.
Macmillan Cancer Support is registered as a charity with the Charity Commission (registered charity number 261017) and as a company limited by guarantee with the Registrar of Companies (registered company number 2400969).

Our Trustees
Macmillan's Board of Trustees, all of whom are volunteers, is responsible for the overall control and strategic direction of the charity. The Trustees delegate the day-to-day management of Macmillan to the Chief Executive, Ciarán Devane.
Our Executive Management Team
The Executive Management Team (EMT), made up of nine Directors and the General Manager for Wales, assists Ciarán Devane in managing Macmillan's day-to-day business. Each Director is responsible for a particular division or region.
