Cancer Voices
Have you been affected by cancer? Do you want to use your experience of cancer to improve cancer care?
Macmillan Cancer Voices is a UK-wide network that enables people who have or have had cancer, and those close to them such as family and carers, to speak out about their experience of cancer.
What is a Cancer Voice?
A cancer voice is someone who signs up to actively use their experience of cancer to improve cancer care. Once voiced, this experience can work together with others and can become extremely powerful.

How can my cancer experience help?
Your cancer experience can help to:

improve cancer services within the NHS

improve the work of cancer charities such as Macmillan Cancer Support

improve the work of other organisations concerned with cancer care
How do I share my cancer experience?
This can be done in a variety of ways from completing a survey to shape national campaigns; talking to others about your cancer experience story; or by helping to improve the quality of the information available to people newly diagnosed.
