Bronwen Greenslade raised a fantastic £795 for people affected by cancer by running the equivalent of a marathon in less than three months.

Macmillan supporter Bronwen took part in the Reading Half Marathon on 2 March and the Chester Half Marathon on 18 May to raise these much needed funds for cancer patients in Berkshire.
The determined runner who ran the Reading Half Marathon in 2005 and 2007 for Macmillan wasn't sure she would be able to compete at all after an unexpected operation in October but managed to get herself fighting fit in time to take one of the Macmillan Gold Bond places for the Reading Half Marathon.
Abby Stevens, fundraising manager for Berkshire says:
'Bronwen is a real star and has been a fantastic supporter of Macmillan and people affected by cancer. It's only due to people like her that Macmillan can provide the support it does. We would like to give her a big thank you.'
