Pony Express make Christmas card deliveries easy in Lerryn

If you live in Lerryn, then your Christmas card deliveries to friends and family in the village couldn't be easier, thanks to a group of enterprising youngsters. A group of 15, 8-18 year olds saddled up to deliver the cards around the village on December 22nd, led by Sam Hawken. 

The eco-friendly delivery scheme raised an amazing £500 for Macmillan Cancer Support by asking for a donation to deliver the cards. This was one village not worried about postal strikes or late deliveries!
