Transporter Bridge Abseil April
On 13 April 2008 Macmillan Cancer Support saw supporters face their fear as they bravely walked to the top of the Transporter Bridge, took a deep breath and then abseiled down all 150ft of it! A massive achievement for everyone involved.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone involved for making the day a huge success. Amongst the people abseiling were Kitty Grove-Stephensen, John Alderson, The White Horse at Loftus and Darlington College at Catterick Garrison.
With money still rolling in we are very pleased to announce that the total so far is £7211.19!
