The money you raise will help us provide more information to people affected by cancer.

Macmillan works with the NHS and other health and social care partners in your area to improve the lives of people affected by cancer today.

Thanks to the generosity of local people who support Macmillan, local people affected by cancer and their families are being helped by over 18 Macmillan nurses and doctors helping people in hospitals and in the community throughout Derbyshire

Macmillan has also funded a network information manager and an information facilitator, based at the Derby City Hospital and the Derbyshire Royal Infirmary respectively.

In 2005 Macmillan gave financial help totalling over £85,000 to 236 local people who were experiencing financial difficulties because of their diagnosis.

We need your continuing support to help us reach everyone affected by cancer in Derbyshire.
