Manchester clay shooting club
Nearly £3,500 was raised for Macmillan Cancer Support following a charity day organised by director David Lloyd at the Manchester clay shooting club in Botany Bay Woods, Worsley.
Local companies and individuals enjoyed two days of competition, great food and networking, at the same time raising vital funds to help local people affected by cancer. The event was sponsored by local companies Makro, RBS and Cheshire Gun Room and a prize worth £400 was donated on the day thanks to Cheshire Gun Room, raising £1,650 in the raffle alone!
Clay Pigeon Shooting is one of the fastest growing sports in Great Britain and is perfect for team building events and corporate days out as it can be enjoyed by everyone regardless of sex, age or experience. For more details log on www.manchesterclayshooting.com.
