BACTA Trade Association for Amusements and catering trades association Cheque Presentation 12 July 2007.
Simon Shaw, North West BACTA Chairman and Director of Winners Amusements LTD presented Macmillan with a cheque for £500. The money was raised through charity events held throughout the year, donated by the Amusement Industry.
Winners Amusements have supported Macmillan as their charity of the year for 5 years, and the donation of £500 meant even more this year as sadly they lost one of their longest serving managers, Trish Hardy 4 weeks ago to Cancer.
Simon said;
"Trish will be Sadly missed by her family, friends and customers as well as long standing work colleagues such as Sue Robbishaw. Trish was such a bubbly character and the donation recognizes the excellent work of Macmillan"
