Macmillan Cancer Support would like to say a huge Thank you to the pupils of year 9 from Cowley Language College for raising £759.43 this academic year.
Year 9 took part Macmillan 'Big Hush' sponsored silence and managed to raise £551. The to top up the funds before the end of the year Mr Edwards (Head of year 9) took part in the Sefton Triathlon last month and with the support of his colleges and year group raised £208.43. By completing the Sefton triathlon Mr Edwards swam 150m, cycled 15km and ran 2.5km!
