Four Seasons Homes raise fantastic amount for Macmillan
Pam Towers, Manager of South Quay Nursing Home in Blyth, came up with a brilliant idea that raised an amazing £3,228.45 for Macmillan Cancer Support!

Her brilliant idea was a sponsored walk undertaken by staff from various Four Seasons Homes on Saturday 12 July 2008. The walk was undertaken in stages between Berwick and Cramlington, taking in Four Seasons homes in the area. All participants walked the final mile together, finishing at South Quay Care Home in Blyth where they celebrated the finish.
Michelle Muir, Fundraising Manager for Northumberland, asked Pam how much they thought they would raise. Pam's target was £1,500, so raising over £3000 for Macmillan has exceeded all expectations!
