Newport January Jog
A cold but bright day saw an excellent turn out for this year's joggers!
This was the third annual January Jog and it's getting bigger each year.
This year more than 200 runners set off for the 2.5km fun run and they were followed by 70 or so runners in the 5km Senior race.
Our small but dedicated committee of Ian from Ultra Sport, Quinney from the Phez and Mr Macmillan himself, Alan Smallman, again worked really hard to ensure that everyone had a great day whether they were running or cheering the runners on.
The total raised so far a superb £2,300 and there is still some sponsorship money to come in!
