CEVA held their third successful charity golf day on 17 June and raised a fantastic £25,000 for Macmillan Cancer Support, British Heart Foundation and Transaid. The event was held at The Warwickshire, a flagship course at Leek Wootton.
The event involved over 56 participants who each completed five rounds of golf in just one day.
This year's teams included: Barloworld, Scania plus, GE - Tip, Miele, Newtown, Scania, HMF (UK) Limited, Central Fire Protection, GE Capital, Greyflex, Mercedes, Lancashire DAF and PPS Commercials and Akzo Nobel. The first team teed off at 4am.
A number of companies also sponsored holes, such as: CEVA Logistics, HMF (UK) Limited, Sovereign Office, Sportsmen in Business, Extra Personnel, Keltruck, Mercedes, Vtech, East Midlands Vehicle Hire, Calor Gas, Newtown, Gerard Mann, ATS, MLM and Macmillan & Wright.
