All money raised and scores must be received by Macmillan Cancer Support by 12 September 2008. Prize winners and finalists will be notified by Macmillan during the week commencing 22 September 2008. A thank you letter and team certificate will be sent the week commencing 22 September to all team captains. For the Longest Day Golf Challenge the four teams with the highest score, determined by funds raised and Stableford scores which must be received by Macmillan by 5.00pm on 12 September 2008, will be declared the winners. Macmillan Cancer Support is not responsible for any sponsorship money that is not received.
Employees of Macmillan or any of the companies donating prizes will not be eligible for prizes. Only teams of three or teams of four players are eligible for the Challenge prizes. Any teams with under 18s must have at least one adult (over 18 years) in their team. Prizes cannot be exchanged and dates of trips provided by Parque da Floresta, Todays Golfer and Golf World are non transferable.
The decision of Macmillan Cancer Support is final and no correspondence will be entered into. These prizes have been donated and Macmillan reserves the right to substitute an alternative prize if necessary.
