Paris is the biggest and most popular marathon in Europe after London, so if you've been unlucky in the London Marathon why not do the next best thing?

Starting on one of the world's most famous streets, the Champs Elysees, this is a truly memorable journey through to the finish in the spectacular Avenue Foch.

This is Team Macmillan's first year in Paris and we want to create as much noise as possible across the English Channel. Join Team Macmillan in Paris and help us make a difference to the two million people living with or beyond cancer in the UK.

If you're successful in securing your own place there is no minimum sponsorship required, we are grateful for any sponsorship you can raise for us. Everyone who joins Team Macmillan will benefit from our full support in the months leading up to the event. This includes:

  • a fundraising pack containing training and fundraising advice
    free Team Macmillan t-shirt or running vest
  • support and lots of cheering along the course from us
  • the opportunity to share fundraising ideas and training tips with fellow team mates via our website

Macmillan Guaranteed Places

If you miss out on securing your own place in the event, Team Macmillan has a limited number of Guaranteed Places [PDF, 70kb]. We ask you to raise a minimum of £1,000 in sponsorship for Macmillan and in return you will receive your race entry, 2 nights accommodation at the superior four star Mercure Hotel located at the foot of the Eiffel Tower and return travel either by Eurostar or Air.

There is a £205 registration fee. We will contact you within 3 days to let you know if you have been successful.
