Carers week local events
Last year 1,115 local partners organised more than 6,000 events and activities to mark Carers Week.
We would like to have even more in 2008.
If you register as a local partner we can support your events and/or
activities in many ways, including:
-
the monthly Carers Week newsletter
-
quotes and pictures from national celebrities supporting Carers Week
-
free leaflets, posters and other promotional materials
-
Superdrug vouchers which entitle carers to save 10% at Superdrug from 9-30th June 2008
-
information about the ten Carers Week national partners and the support and services they offer to carers.
To find out more and register as a local partner visit www.carersweek.org.uk
You can also order Macmillan promotional materials and resources from the be Macmillan website at www.be.macmillan.org.uk

It contains practical tips for caring for someone with cancer, whatever stage their cancer is at. For more information and to order copies, click here.
