July 2008: Entries close on 1 August 2008 so sign up now to either our 'Flight and race entry package' or our 'Accommodation, flight and race entry package'. To apply simply fill in and return the application form [pdf, 40kb] and send it to Team Macmillan, 89 Albert Embankment, London, SE1 7UQ along with a deposit of £459 made payable to Sports Tours International.

September 2008: Entries for this year's New York Marathon have now closed. If you have managed to secure your own place in the event, congratulations and we'd love for you to join Team Macmillan.
